“As an individual, it is oftentimes hard for us to think about others in our own community. This workshop was an eye-opener for me. It made me understand the injustices faced by different people from different socio-economic backgrounds in our community. It has also given me the inspiration to lead and be a compelling force to eradicate the injustice in our community.”
– Tasfia Binte Ali | TOT Participant
A participant enthusiastically shared her experience after the end of the workshop. This Training of Trainers workshop has given young people the skills and confidence to be leaders and agents of change in their own communities. For this reason, the workshop was designed very practically which demanded attentive participation everyone involved. Thus, upon completion, the trained participants will be able to ready to design and deliver outreach and education activities in their communities.
“SUST Model UN Association has always been an advocate of diversity and encouraged its members to see the world from as many points of views as possible. So when the chance came to help organize this workshop of Y Coalition we strived to give our best to make this workshop happen and by the response of the participants we can certainly say we have succeeded.”
– Shadman Absar Chowdhury | President, SUSTMUNA
